LoDo Building Front
The Front of the LoDo Building. Renovations to the Front of the Building included new awnings above all the windows and doors, the brick façade wall to close off the Courtyard, a new canopy over the entryway leading up to the Front Doors, repainting the windows and doors and new landscaping. At the northeast side of the Building, a brick façade wall with two roll up doors was constructed to close off the Courtyard. The Denver sign that was installed on the northeast wall of the neighboring property had previously been a sign for B-52 Billiards.
